If I am reading the Bible then the thoughts that come my head must be from God, right?

Be very assiduous concerning what you write, quoting scripture as your source! And pray that Almighty God gives you wisdom and reveals to you the meaning behind the passage that you read and quote! Be imperturbable of this one thing, Satan knows the Bible better than any preacher, teacher or evangelist and is always listening to confuse, mislead and tempt the body of Christ.
The scripture forewarns about the desideratum, momentous and perilousness of rightly dividing the word of God! This proficiency, a gift from God that must mature with time and study of the holy Word of God. We cannot take one verse or one segment of passage of scripture and only applied that part when the complete thought may be six passages long. There are so many different interpretations of the Bible out there today that it’s no wonder people are confused! The list of reasons why we need all of those versions runs as multifarious as the versions themselves!
I’ve heard people say before that the aforementioned reasons
constitute why preachers or evangelists etc., as a prerequisite, attend a Bible College. Now I have to ask myself, the knowledge “gained” at these institutions, from where cometh their enlightenment? Is it not man’s knowledge? Without a doubt there are professors who have a very high IQ and have an agglomeration of knowledge deciphered from books and other teachers. However, their knowledge is the knowledge of man!
Let’s see what the Bible says about the knowledge of man: (I Corinthians) chapter 1 verse 25; “because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.” Still in (first Corinthians) chapter 3 verse 19: “for the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, he taketh the wise in their own craftiness.” Verse 20, “And again, the Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.” Still in Corinthians we read, “for who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him?” One last scripture can be found in Romans chapter 11 starting at verse 33, “O’ the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! For who have known the mind of the Lord? Or who have been his counselor? Or who have first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory forever. Amen.”
